I’m Linda. I’ve been working with men experiencing sexual anxiety, pressure, and a loss of trust in their body for over eighteen years.
Many of the men I work with are confident, capable, and successful in other areas of life, yet find that intimacy brings anxiety, self-awareness, and frustration. Which can also show up as erectile difficulties or changes in ejaculation.
It’s important to know that You are not unusual. And you are not broken.
I help men understand what is driving these patterns, calm the nervous system, and restore confidence in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

Rather than focusing on performance or quick techniques, we work with the underlying patterns that keep sexual anxiety in place.
This is structured, in-depth work. It takes consistency and a willingness to engage with the process.
I work with a small number of clients at a time and only when I feel we are a good fit to work together.

Why This Work Matters
Sexual anxiety, premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction can feel isolating and deeply personal.
Many men carry the belief that anxiety means something is wrong with them - their masculinity, their desire, or their ability. In reality, anxiety is a learned nervous system response.
When the body feels safe again, sexual response often becomes more natural, reliable, and easier to trust.

A long-time student of human behaviour and transformation
Deeply interested in the mind–body connection
Someone who values honesty, depth, and integrity
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting men from many different backgrounds and stages of life. What I see consistently is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to face it.
