I’m Linda. I’ve been working with men experiencing sexual anxiety, performance pressure, and loss of body trust for over eighteen years.
Many of the men I work with are thoughtful, successful in other areas of life, and deeply committed to personal growth — yet find that intimacy brings anxiety, self-monitoring, and frustration.

I help men understand what is driving their patterns, calm the nervous system, and restore confidence in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

I work selectively with men who are ready to engage consistently and take responsibility for meaningful, lasting change.
This is structured work and not quick fixes. I only accept clients when I feel we are a good fit to work together.
Why This Work Matters
Sexual anxiety can feel isolating and personal.
Many men carry assumptions that anxiety means lack of masculinity, desire, or competence. In reality, anxiety is a nervous system response that has learned to protect you and learned responses can be gently retrained.
When the nervous system feels safe again, natural sexual response often becomes more reliable, easier to trust, and less effortful.

A long-time student of human behaviour and transformation
Deeply curious about the mind–body connection
Someone who values authenticity, integrity, and depth
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting men from many backgrounds and life stages. The common thread I see again and again is courage and the not absence of fear, but willingness to face it
