The Sexual Solution Method: A Step-by-Step Journey

This premature ejaculation hypnotherapy programme is structured, not a series of one off sessions. We work step by step to change the patterns driving early ejaculation and retrain how your body responds during sex.

The three phases

Phase 1: Building the foundation

We begin by working with what is happening in your mind and body before and during sex.

This includes learning how to manage negative thoughts, reduce anxiety, and understand the fear of things going wrong, which often drives the pressure you feel. We look at how this pattern developed over time, and begin to shift it at a deeper level so it no longer runs automatically.

A key part of this phase is rebuilding the connection between your mind and body, so you feel more grounded, present, and in control rather than caught in your head.

Where needed, we also work through past experiences or shame that may still be affecting how you respond. Alongside this, you learn practical ways to stay calm under pressure, including breathwork and simple tools you can use in the moment.

The programme options

I offer 2 programmes, for most men the 8 session programme is appropriate.

This runs over three months, with the first sessions closer together to build momentum, and later sessions spaced out to allow the changes to become integrated. For some men, a longer programme may be more suitable, depending on their history.

All sessions are held online via private video call. This is one to one work, and everything is confidential. We agree the pace together, and you are not pushed into anything you are not ready for.
