#24 | Finding Calm During Sex
Struggling to stay present, calm, or relaxed during sex?
In this episode of Sex Talk for Men, Linda Connors shares a guided meditation for men experiencing sexual anxiety, erectile difficulties, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, or low sexual confidence.
When anxiety takes over during intimacy, the body can move into fight, flight, or freeze responses. This often leads to overthinking, tension, fear, self-monitoring, and feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner.
This meditation is designed to help you slow down, calm the nervous system, and feel more grounded and present in your body during intimacy.
Finding calmness during sex is often a gradual process. Over time, many men begin rebuilding trust in themselves and their bodies by reducing pressure and learning how to feel safer and more relaxed during intimacy.
