A Structured Approach to Sexual Anxiety
This approach is used across erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and performance anxiety.
This work follows a structured process designed to address sexual anxiety and sexual difficulties at their root.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work with the patterns that drive them, both in the mind and in the body.
The process unfolds in three phases.
Phase One: Understanding
We begin by making sense of what has been happening.
This includes anxiety, pressure, overthinking, fear of failure, and the patterns that have developed over time.
As this becomes clearer, the experience often starts to feel less confusing and more manageable.
This stage lays the foundation for change.
Phase Two: Retraining
The focus then shifts to the body.
We work with the nervous system to reduce urgency, calm anxiety, and change how arousal is experienced.
At the same time, we begin to work with the patterns that have been established in the body, allowing new responses to develop.
Over time, the body begins to respond differently—more gradually, and with a greater sense of ease, confidence, and control.
This stage reshapes your sexual response.
Phase Three: Integration
Changes become more stable and consistent.
Confidence is no longer something you try to create, but something you begin to feel.
You are able to stay present, respond naturally, and trust your body again.
This stage allows the changes to settle and become your new way of being.
